I have been working with Ivan for the past seven or so years doing 1:1 training. Over the past year I decided to take my training and nutrition to a whole new level and signed up for his online training program to supplement days when I am on my own.
The coaching app is very intuitive and well organized, and the individualized workouts help me to stay focused and on track. Another great feature is that MyFitnessPal links to the app so everything is in a convenient spot and removes the possibility of error.

If I am being completely honest, I was hesitant to do an online coaching program, but after starting it I feel that it is incredibly beneficial to staying motivated and focused. I think the general thought by most people is that they can maintain the same intensity and drive on their own in the gym, when in reality we all need a little extra guidance. This program keeps you in constant contact with Ivan and his coaches so they can guide you on where to improve and how to continue to progress forward.

If you are serious about taking control of your health, both mentally and physically I highly recommend this program. You will never be bored nor will you be lost with what to do.

I started this journey about 3 months ago and I am so happy I did. I’m a stay at home mom with 2 kids under 4! I had always been one who likes to workout, but never with a personal trainer. I work with Ivan 2 days a week and the other days I go to Planet Fitness, where I follow a workout plan that is spelled out for me.

This combo has worked out very nicely for me. I quickly got into a great routine and now I thrive on it! The only part of this journey that really scared me was the nutrition. When I first signed up, I kept telling myself I don’t know how I will do this or I can’t do this.

I was mainly concerned with having no knowledge or very little knowledge of counting macros. Going into something knowing very little is scary. I also have 2 little kids that are your typical toddlers that enjoy sweets and eating food that is not all nutritious. I voiced my concern during our annotation call with coach MC.

She explained a lot over the phone, but honesty I was still very scared. I started off slowly with only tracking my protein (realizing I was nowhere near the amount of protein I needed in a day). Then randomly, when I had some time, I would track some carbs and fat. After about a week of just tracking a few things, I dove in head first and BAM I felt like I could do this! coach MC has been nothing but amazing, answering all my questions, giving me meal ideas, snack ideas. She looks at my numbers daily and will let me know what I could have eaten to hit all my numbers! I have seen amazing results in such a short period of time, that I would say I’m pretty addicted! When you see results you want to work that much harder and this is exactly what is happening to me. I wasn’t overweight when I started but I wanted to tone up. I have lost 11 pounds since I started. I have dropped at least 1 pants size and I have built a lot of muscle.

I can see my abs again and will feel a lot more comfortable wearing shorter shorts this summer! Coach Ivan and MC are such an amazing team and if you truly are ready for a change and willing to put in the work, I don’t doubt you could see these results too.

Thanks MC I'm feeling GREAT I'm learning where I struggle, which is mostly during the week when it's busy and I work late. I'm trying to make the shift to be a morning person so I can get up and got my workouts in and done in the morning.

Just not there yet! Digestion and hunger are great too managed well. I take the fat bummer in the AM and I feel like I'm eating yummy foods all day so I'm fooling pretty overall satisfied.

And the days I 'crave' I'm learning are usually the days my nutrition hasn't included the best choices so I'm learning! I'm feeling stronger, noticing changes in my body (in obvious and not so obvious places which is awesome! Yay! And only 3 weeks in, I'm so encouraged to see what the next 3 months will bring excited to be creating this lifestyle for myself couldn't be doing it without you and Ivan!

 Have you always been an online fitness coach? What is your background?

I started my career as an in-person personal trainer. Actually, this is how I spent the first 10 years of my career, having gained my initial accreditation in fitness through Premier Global NASM. My online service started as requests from my in-person clients as they traveled for their job requirement and needed a program they could do on their own while they were away. This worked really well and as a result, I decided to open the service up to a global audience. In the decade I spent working as an in-person personal trainer, I delivered over 10,000 sessions to people from all walks of life. Initially, I worked as a personal trainer in Rochester New York operating in different gyms. Over time my results began to get noticed through social media and I was asked to coach people from all over the world. 

 Is this a cookie cutter program or a pre-set program?

Definitely not a cookie cutter program. Unlike what you might be thinking of with other online fitness programs, our coaching provides an individual program built for you from scratch. Both your workout program and nutrition are personalized and have been created for you personally based on the information garnered in our initial consultation call and/or the comprehensive onboarding process once you have signed up to the service from our App.

 What level of support will I get?

We pride ourselves on the level of support and availability we offer to clients. Your program will begin with a comprehensive onboarding call with one of our coaches where we’ll discuss the program and expectations. As soon as our coaching starts, you’ll have daily instant messaging support and a weekly check-in each Saturday where we can exchange written or video messages. Each month we’ll schedule a strategy call to discuss what’s been achieved and what needs improvement, providing a very high level of accountability throughout your coaching program.

 What do I get in my package?

Tailored Workout Program – We will design your strength training program from scratch within three to five days of your sign up. The program will be delivered in 4-week training phases that map out a linear progress as it relates to the training goals you express on your training forms or during our consultation call (book yours here).
Nutrition Coaching – Your coaching program will be built for you and completely in sync with your training goals. We will take into account your food preferences and will be built with exactly the caloric intake and macronutrient profile you’ll need to be taking in to achieve your goals.
Lifestyle Habits - One of the major mistakes regularly made with health & fitness programs is an over-reliance on the workouts in the program. By establishing simple habits like brisk walking for fat burning, meal prepping and goal setting we can prime the body to achieve our goals without having to over exercise or under eat.

 If money is tight how expensive will healthy food be?

If you are on a budget, I can select foods that will be more cost effective. This is easiest for us to do for our U.S. based clients, as we live here also, but of course we can apply the principles for shopping arrangements anywhere, just tell us the details and we will get it done!

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime as we do not hold you to a contract.
If you don’t give notice at least 48 hours before the renewal your credit will be charged as normal charge without a refund.
