    Could you possibly put up a schedule for AB workouts? My legs, back and arms are very strong and getting more and more toned as I continue with my routine, but i’m not having much luck in the abs department. My stomach is flat but there is no muscle definition and a little softness around the belly button. Any advice would be appreciated, I really enjoy your site and you have inspired me to purchase the Century Versys fight stimulater! It was an ad in your video but it looks awesome and i’m greatly missing the ‘fight club’ classes offered at my old gym before I moved.
