1. 6oz of sweet potato
2. 1 scoop of vanilla or cookies and cream whey(optional if you need more protein)
3. ½ a cup of egg whites
4. 1 packet of sweetener
5. 1tsp of cinnamon
6. 1/5tsp of baking powder
7. (optional) throw 1/2 a cup of bananas, or blueberries
Mix all the Ingredients together until it’s a smooth pancake consistency, Pre heat the pan on medium heat and make the pancakes like you would regular pancakes. This should make around 3-4 pancakes.
