Cook the chicken in a pan using 1tbs of coconut oil or coconut spray (season it with salt and pepper)
Remove the cooked chicken from the pan in to a big bowl
Add 1 avocado, half a bag of spinach, 2tbs of minced garlic, 3tbs of parmesan cheese and season it again with some salt.
Mix all the ingredients well together with utensils or using your clean hands
Take Josephs pitta cut it in half with knife. Fill up the half of the Pitta with chicken mix
Notes- I love this meal because of how amazing and convenient it is for food prep. When I make this meal for food prep I skip the pita and put the chicken avocado mix on top of the salad. If you want to store this meal for 1-2 days take some lemon and squeeze on top of it.
