The other day i was wondering how this combo would taste so i tried it out and now i get really excited every time i make one of these smoothies so i thought to share this would you guys. This shake is great for your pre-workout meal or your post workout meal
Strawberry and Peanut butter protein shake recipe
1 cup of cut Strawberries
Half a cup of almond milk
2tbs of natural peanut butter
1 and a half scoops of vanilla protein (I used MRI Pro-Nos
3 ice cubes
Blend it really well for a minute then drink up its one of my favorites shakes I have made
