Preheat your oven to broil and place a rack on the top position.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the honey, olive oil or avocado oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix vigorously with a fork or flat whisk until well combined.
Place the fish on the roasting pan ( Place the fish fillets skin side down if it has skin) and brush them with about half the glaze. Place the pan directly under the broiler for 6 minutes, until the fish is cooked to your liking and the top is nicely golden and slightly caramelized.
Remove the fish from the oven and brush the pieces with the remaining glaze and then sprinkle with the sliced almonds.
Broil again for 2-3 minutes until nice and crispy
Serve immediately on top of the nice salad as I did or vegetable of your choice
