01 Jun2017 Team 4 FIT 0recipe / Tip My wife’s amazing Healthy meatloaf recipe 1 lb. of 96/4 ground beef 1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned) 1 whole egg 1/2 cup of reduced sugar ketchup Handful of shredded carrots handful of shredded zucchini 1/2 of medium diced onion salt, pepper, thyme, basil, or other herbs you like Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with hands just enough to combine. Shape into loaf and place it greased loaf pan. Drizzle a little ketchup on top. Bake on 350 degrees for a hour. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing it.
