24 Oct2013 Team 4 FIT 0workout / workout routine Mass Building Leg Workout Here is a workout not only to get your legs bigger but the overall body stronger *warm up with 3 sets of 30 reps of kettle-bell swings Barbell Squats 15reps, 10reps 8reps 6reps 4 reps (increase the weight with each set) Barbell Dead-lift (heavy) 15reps 10reps 8reps 6reps 6reps (increase the weight with each set) Super set with Leg Press 20reps 5sets Leg Curls 15-20reps 4sets super set with Good Mornings or Straight Leg Dead lift 15reps 4 sets Leg Extensions 15reps Drop (drop the weight half way) 20reps 4 sets super set standing calf raises 15reps drop 20 reps 4 sets each Tire flips 10reps super set weighted sprints super set jump rope for 1 minute, REPEAT 3 times
