Place the chicken on half of the wrap, cover it with red hot(optional), place the cheese on top. Cover the fold the wrap in half and place it in a panini maker, George foreman grill. (If you don’t have a Panini maker or George foreman place it in a pan and let the cheese melt) Take the quesadilla out of the grill and cut it in 4. Then dip it in the Greek yogurt (as a replacement for your sour cream)
