Ingredients:
- One scoop of chocolate whey or plant based protein
- ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup (cut down on carbs by using walden farms maple syrups)
- Topping: fresh raspberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the bowl a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of mousse into serving bowl and top with raspberries
