Chest Vs Biceps WAR
Hey guys this week i decided to change up my routine so i am doing two body parts a day and i really liked the pump i got from this workout in my chest and my biceps so i decided to share it with you hope you like it. Try it out
Warm up- Smith machine push up ladder 30 super set Barbell 21’s Repeat 3 times
- Incline DB press 6-8 super set feet on the bench push ups 20 super set Wide barbell curls 15 Repeat 4 times
- Flat bench DB press 8-10 super set DB push ups 20 super-set machine Preacher curls 20 Repeat 4 times
- Smith machine Decline press 10-12×3 1 set 20 (changing hands placement from wide to close grip) super set machine leaning dips 20 super setDB curls (bringing the pinky out) 12 each arm Repeat 4 times
- Cable standing upward press (hammer grip) 15 super set standing cable fly 20 super set rope cable curls 20 reps Repeat 4 times
- Bent over single hand cable punch 15 each hand super set incline cable fly 20 super set close grip machine preacher curls 20 reps Repeat 4
