Before the gym throw a cup of bananas in the freezer
What you will need.
1.5 scoops of whey protein chocolate (pro-nos)
1 cup of frozen bananas
1 cup of egg whites (make sure they are pasteurized egg whites)
1tbs of cocoa
.5tsp of hazelnut extract (optional)
Also Optional for post workout ( 5 grams of creatine, 5 grams of glutamine)
