25 Feb2015 Team 4 FIT 0Recipes Almost Zero carbs Pizza recipeIngredients 1 chicken or turkey breast (butter fly the breast) 1 egg 1 egg white 1/8 of a cup of bread crumbs salt 2tbs of garlic powder ½ cup of fat free cheese ¼ of a cup of pasta sauce or salsa Turkey peperoni Directions Take the chicken and beat it with a meat hammer as thin as you can without going through Place the breast in a baking safe container Mix the eggs, bread crumbs, garlic powder and salt Pour it over the breast and spread all over it Pre-heat the oven to 325 and bake the chicken for 45 minutes. (depends how many or how big your chicken is) After 45 minute take out the breast and cover it with the sauce, cheese and peperoni and broil it on high for 5 minutes to make it crispy.
